1.       Both dealer and customer read and thoroughly understand all safety recommendations. (These are found in the Safety Section of this operator manual.)

2.       Make sure your tractor horsepower matches the implement you are pulling. This is important so the implement can do the best possible job.

    確認你的拖拉機的功率同它所牽引的農具相匹配，這一點(diǎn)是相當重要的，因為這能使你的農具更好的工作。

3.       Hitch the seedbed conditioner to the tractor or host implement using the correct size pin that matches hole size on the seedbed conditioner

拖拉機或者主要農具牽引碎土輥時(shí)應當使用合適的牽引銷(xiāo)。

4.       Clean all hydraulic couplings and connect to tractor or host implement. Each hydraulic coupling has a colored handle on it and is marked with a cylinder, either extending(black) or retracting(red).

    在同拖拉機或者主要農具連接前應當清潔所有的液壓接頭，每個(gè)液壓接頭有一個(gè)彩色的手柄并且標有一個(gè)小油缸的標志，出油（黑色），回油（紅色）。

5.       If machine is folded, remove the transport pins from the wing stops. (Do not remove pins if the wing is leaning against the pins or putting pressure on the pins. Use the hydraulics to pull the wings in completely before unpinning them. ) Once the pins are removed, slowly unfold the unit. Make sure no one is under the wings during the unfolding process. Check again for hydraulic leaks and watch that hoses do not get pinched in hinges, wings stops, etc.

如果機器是折疊的，從折疊架停止位置移動(dòng)運輸鎖定。（如果折疊架是傾斜的靠到鎖定銷(xiāo)上或者壓到鎖定銷(xiāo)上，應當用液壓完全拉動(dòng)折疊架后再拔去它們。）拔去鎖定銷(xiāo)，緩慢的打開(kāi)折疊架時(shí)，應當確認沒(méi)有人在折疊架的下面。再一次檢查液壓管及接頭等處是否有泄漏，液壓管在接點(diǎn)、折疊架停止點(diǎn)等地方是否有扭曲的現象。

6.       After the machines is completely unfolded, raise and lower the seedbed conditioner several times to purge air from the hydraulic system. Again check for hydraulic leaks and tighten or replace if necessary.

    機器被完全的展開(kāi)之后。升降碎土輥幾次排凈液壓系統內的空氣，再一次檢查液壓管泄漏和扭曲的地方，如有糾正過(guò)來(lái)。

7.       Check safety chain hookup. Make sure all warning lights are hooked up and functioning correctly.

檢查安全鏈，確認所有的警示燈是正確連接好了。

8.       Check the tire pressure for proper inflation and check the tightness of the lug bolts. Tire pressure amounts are located on the sidewall of each tire.

檢查胎壓并且適當的充氣，檢查牽引螺栓的緊度。胎壓數值在輪胎的側面。

9.       Check for any bolts that may need tightened or retightened. Grease all the hinge points. The hubs come pre-greased and will not need more grease at this time.

檢查所有螺栓需要反復擰緊。所有的鉸接點(diǎn)涂黃油。輪轂每次涂黃油，此次不需要涂太多的黃油。

10.   Prior to transporting, fully raise and fold the seedbed conditioner. Install the transport locks and wing stop pins. Always use the transport locks and pins when moving from field to field in case of a hydraulic hose failure. You are now ready to go to the field.

    運輸之前，完全升起并折疊碎土輥，固定好運輸鎖和折疊架鎖定銷(xiāo)。在地塊轉移時(shí)，始終用運輸鎖和折疊架銷(xiāo)鎖定，防止液壓管故障。這樣，你就做好了去田間的準備了。

 

1.       Remove the transport locks and wing stop pins and unfold the machine. Make sure the fold cylinders are fully extended to allow the wings to fully flex in the field.

    移動(dòng)運輸鎖定和折疊架鎖定銷(xiāo)展開(kāi)機器，確信折疊油缸已經(jīng)完全伸展，折疊部分完全接觸地面。

2.       If your machine has the optional hydraulic down pressure option, you will need a dedicated closed-center circuit to the seedbed conditioner. Adjust the tractor flow rate to the low side and engage the hydraulic lever for constant flow. For seedbed conditioner with Ser# 1001HH-1030HH, adjust the pressure reducing valve to your conditions with a gauge reading of 600 to 900 psi. The higher the pressure to more down pressure on the wing sections. For Ser# 1031HH and higher, see page 44 for setup instructions.

3.       When turning around on end rows, it is ok to leave the seedbed conditioner on the ground. The hitch pole should be extended far enough to prevent the seedbed conditioner from contacting the host machine during turns.

    在地頭轉彎時(shí)，碎土輥在地面上是可以的。為了防止碎土輥在轉彎時(shí)同主機相刮，牽引點(diǎn)應當足夠長(cháng)。

 

1.       Always use the transport lock when working or doing maintenance on the seedbed conditioner. If folded, be sure your wing stop pins are in place. Read and understand all safety decals on your equipment.

在給碎土輥進(jìn)行維護保養時(shí)，總要用到運輸鎖定，如果折疊起來(lái)，要確認你的農具折疊架的鎖定銷(xiāo)已經(jīng)被安裝好。請仔細閱讀并且完全理解貼到農具上的所有安全標識。

2.       During the first season of operation, and periodically after that, check your bolts for tightness.

在首次使用時(shí)，應當周期性的檢查農具的所有螺栓的緊固性。

3.       Check wheel bearings occasionally for excessive endplay.

    檢查車(chē)輪軸承，加注潤滑脂

4.       Replace or rotate worn parts as needed-hinge bolts, clevis pins, bearings, etc…

    更換或者翻轉舊件，例如必須的鉸接螺栓，U形銷(xiāo)，軸承等等。

5.       Check and tighten or replace any hydraulic leaks. Check hoses for any leaks. It is important that there are no leaks on the equipment.

檢查、擰緊或者更換液壓系統的泄漏。在設備上沒(méi)有泄漏是非常重要的。

6.       Grease reel bearings and wheel bearings sparingly. Over greasing may cause damage to seals and reduce the life of bearing. Grease hinge points periodically.

碎土輥軸承和車(chē)輪軸承涂抹潤滑脂。過(guò)多的涂抹潤滑脂可能導致油封的損壞和減少軸承的壽命。周期性地給鉸接點(diǎn)涂抹潤滑脂。

7.       If machine is stored outdoors over the winter months it is a good idea to fold the machine then set it down on the ground so all of the cylinders are retracted to protect the cylinder rods. This will extend the life of the cylinder seals and reduce internal and external leaks.

在冬天，農具停放在戶(hù)外，應當折疊起機器，使機器停放到地面上，以便使所有的油缸的油缸桿都縮回到油缸里去。這樣能夠延長(cháng)油缸油封的壽命，減少油缸內外的泄漏。

By following and maintaining a routine service and lubrication program, your tillage equipment will give you many years of service.

 按照下面的日常保養和潤滑項目進(jìn)行維護和保養，你的設備將可以使用更長(cháng)久。

Grease every 50 hours (sparingly)

1.       Adjust the bypass/pressure reducing valve by turning knob (1). Figure 1, clockwise all the way in and then backing out 1 full turn.

調整減壓閥側面的旋轉手柄1，順時(shí)針?lè )较蛐D旋鈕1直到旋鈕1被完全打開(kāi)。

2.       On tractor, adjust flow-control valve to low side of flow rate. NOTE: The faster the flow of oil heating, premature wear or tractor damage.

    在拖拉機上，調整流量控制閥到低流速一側。注意：太快的流速會(huì )使油升溫過(guò)早的磨損或者給拖拉機造成損害。

3.       Lock the fold hydraulic lever for continuous downward oil flow.

對于連續的向下供油應當鎖定折疊的液壓位置。

4.       Adjust bypass/pressure reducing valve knob (2) on implement so the pressure gauge reads 1200 psi. Never exceed 1400 psi.

   調整減壓閥側面的旋轉手柄2，以保證壓力表讀數為1200psi,絕不能超過(guò)1400psi。

5.       While watching pressure gauge, slowly open valve knob (1) until gauge reads around 1100 psi. Pressure might rise and then fall off as knob is opened. If pressure exceeds 1400 psi during this step, the tractor flow is too high, reduce tractor flow. Lock bypass valve knob (1) at 1100 psi.

觀(guān)察一會(huì )壓力表的讀數，緩慢打開(kāi)旋鈕1直到壓力表的讀數為1100psi左右。

壓力可能上升或者下降因為旋鈕已經(jīng)打開(kāi)。如果在這一步壓力超過(guò)1400psi,拖拉機的流量太高，調整拖拉機的流量。鎖定旋鈕1的壓力為1100psi.

6.       Finally adjust valve knob (2) to the desired wing down pressure setting of 700 to 800 psi. Never exceed 1000 psi.

**后調整旋鈕2，設定折疊架下降的壓力為700到800psi。絕不要超過(guò)1000psi。
